Andy K5 years agoGreat customer service. I'd ordered a desktop (very good quality desktop which I'm very happy with) and got an email to say it'd arrive in approx 5-10 working days. It arrived pretty much next day. I'm very happy with my dealings with this company and would recommend to others
Bennie Cross5 years agoMy new worktop for my office desk arrived promptly and well packed. I ordered Maple for colour and it is a lovely pale colour that matches my other units. My old worktop was only veneered on the top and sides but this one is covered underneath as well and is well finished on all edges. It is a nice weight, not as heavy as my old one, but this is well heavy enough and a lot easier to handle. Perfect!

The choice of products, the communication, the incredibly fast delivery, the excellent quality of the delivered product and the very reasonable price made this one of those memorable purchases, for all the right reasons. David Buck8 years agoI was looking to buy office chairs and happened across e-furniture. Unfortunately, by the time I was ready to place my order, they were temporarily out of stock. They were actively engaged with me regarding availability and gave great feedback throughout the process. Unfortunately, one chair had a manufacturing defect, but again their flawless customer service swiftly arranged for replacement parts to come to me. Overall, this has been a top class customer experience for me.
Peter Johnson3 years agoThe confirmation email has a banner which says "immediate delivery". This implies that the product is in stock and will get dispatched the next business day. I didn't hear anything until a exactly a week later. The product is good and is just what was wanted.
