Standivarius Kickstand Stand

The stand is a wonderfully compact design allowing me to take up a minimal amount of space and provides me with the full functionality of a conventional laptop.

It does what it says. You can make it taller, but not shorter On meetings, only the top of my face can be seen. Maybe not a thing...
Its more flimsy than than I anticipated. i would not leave it for long with my surface pro in it. If you touch the base its liable to fall over. Still say it is worth it. Far better then the boxes i was using. Yes would recommend with above proviso.

I have two main comments on this product .

The first is that it’s quality doesn’t match the price tag. The edges are sharp in places especially the top of the stand which slides against the surface on the daily basis. These edges should be dressed or covered to prevent this especially at this price tag.
The second is that the design of the stand doesn’t take into account the angle of the camera so when ever in conference I need to block the back up to angle the camera down. This could have been addressed with an adjustable back footing.

Simple design, works perfectly. Laptop screen now sits at a good height for working at a desk with a separate keyboard and mouse.

I am very pleased with the Surface Pro Stand. While it was a bit pricey, I have come to appreciate its quality and performance. I am no longer hunched over my laptop, and feel better for it. Thanks for making such a simple yet effective piece of kit.
