Damaged and Faulty Products
In the unlikely case that a product is delivered damaged then it will be rectified at the suppliers discretion. This would typically involve sending out replacement parts rather than a whole new product. For any damages please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a description of the issue and detailed photos to support your claim.
Unwanted Products Without a Fault
As all our products are bespoke and delivered directly from the supplier, we unfortunately cannot offer any returns, replacements, refunds or exchanges apart from items which are damaged on arrival. Please ensure that the items you order are correct before payment.
