Easy Company to Deal With
I purchased a Standivarius wireless keyboard and mouse from this company three weeks ago, and they really are a dream to deal with. The whole process was seamless, with quick delivery and minimal fuss.
Unfortunately, I started to have issues with the keyboard. After contacting them to let them know, they took it up with the manufacturer to report the problems I was having, and within four days, I had a replacement delivered to my home.
I highly recommend this company as being efficient and quick to respond to customer issues.
The confirmation email has a banner which says "immediate delivery". This implies that the product is in stock and will get dispatched the next business day. I didn't hear anything until a exactly a week later.
